Eligibility for Returns:
Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Proof of purchase and photos of the damaged item may be required.
Change of Mind:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
How to Return:

Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
If approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
